LEARN TO ROW

Tempted to try rowing?

Learn to Row classes are a great introduction to the sport and a chance to experience time on the water. Each class consists of five sessions: one on-land session on Wednesday evening and two on-water sessions on each of the following Saturday and Sunday.

ON-LAND sessions take place in the Mt View Room of the Poulsbo First Lutheran Church; Wednesdays 6:00 to 8:30 pm.

The ON-WATER sessions are held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 am to 12:30 pm; starting times may vary due to wind in which case students will be advised. Class will launch shells from the KRA dock located within the Port of Poulsbo.

The goal of KRA Learn to Row is to teach you the basics of rowing so that you would be prepared to row with any club and enjoy the health and social benefits of rowing as a lifetime pursuit.
